Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision for emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, collaborating with engineering, product, and executive teams to align on long-term goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential growth opportunities.
- Oversee the prototyping and pilot programs for new technologies slated for release in 2026 and beyond.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and strategic planners.
- Communicate complex technical roadmaps to stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or R&D.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Biotech) and their market implications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
