Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service for DMV transactions
- Process driver's licenses, ID cards, vehicle registrations, and title applications
- Explain state regulations, fees, and requirements accurately to customers
- Utilize DMV software systems to process transactions and maintain records
- Handle cash payments and financial transactions with precision
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with data entry experience
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including Saturdays
