Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and answering inquiries regarding driver's licenses, vehicle titles, and registrations.
- Process complex paperwork accurately and efficiently using state-of-the-art computer systems.
- Verify identification documents and update customer records in the DMV database.
- Handle high-volume phone calls with patience and clarity.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and explaining DMV policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure service environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
