Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors: Provide a welcoming environment and direct customers to the appropriate service counters efficiently.
- Process transactions: Accurately handle license renewals, vehicle registrations, identification cards, and other DMV services.
- Answer inquiries: Resolve complex questions regarding vehicle titles, registration fees, and driving records via phone and in-person.

- Data entry: Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions in our state-of-the-art database systems.
- Operate office equipment: Utilize scanners, computers, and printers to support daily operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a government or high-volume service environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software quickly.
