Responsibilities

- Develop adaptive roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical and business stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Produce actionable foresight reports identifying disruption risks and innovation opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism with proven impact on organizational transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Biotechnology, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on digital transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-forward initiatives
