Responsibilities
- Perform General Clerical Duties: Execute routine office tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying with high accuracy.
- Manage Communications: Answer incoming phone calls, screen visitors, and route messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate records and databases in compliance with state regulations.
- Assist with Projects: Support senior staff with special projects, report preparation, and office organization.
- Customer Service: Provide information to the public and internal staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
