Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming mail, emails, and general correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments in a professional manner.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist senior staff with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.
- Prepare and distribute routine memos, reports, and internal communications.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the public and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
