Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist department heads with scheduling, meeting preparations, and report generation.
- Process public requests and provide excellent customer service to constituents.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Assist in the preparation of official documents and correspondence.
Qualifications
