Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with permit processing, document review, and administrative tasks
- Support departmental operations through data entry, record maintenance, and filing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with municipal regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (position may require occasional travel)
