Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with high professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist senior staff with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Conduct research and gather information to support various departmental initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with state policies, regulations, and document management standards.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an office environment is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
