Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran case files in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record management
- Assist in preparing official documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide frontline support to veterans and their families via phone and in-person inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program operations
- Support data entry and record-keeping in federal databases
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
