Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain classified/unclassified document systems in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and logistics for departmental operations
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests
- Provide frontline customer service to military personnel, contractors, and civilian staff
- Assist in preparing reports, briefings, and official communications
- Utilize automated systems for data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
- Support facility management tasks including space allocation and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of federal personnel procedures preferred
