Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Answer phones and greet visitors to the Tucson Field Office in a professional manner.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist in the processing of federal applications and administrative forms.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Support senior staff with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a standard background investigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 30 WPM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
