Responsibilities
- Assist department staff with general administrative duties and document filing.
- Process incoming mail, distribute packages, and maintain organized records.
- Answer incoming phone lines and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Support senior staff with various special projects and daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (30+ WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and colleagues.
