Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate department representatives.
- Perform high-volume data entry and document filing with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal memos and public correspondence.
- Answer and route telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain office records, both digital and physical.
- Support senior staff with various ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
