Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain confidential records
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve case issues
- Support outreach initiatives for underserved veteran communities
- Assist with data entry and reporting using VA systems
- Participate in ongoing professional development training
Qualifications
