Responsibilities

- Coordinate scheduling and correspondence with stakeholders
- Assist with data entry and record management systems
- Support departmental compliance with federal regulations
- Perform administrative duties including filing and document retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Respond to inquiries from veterans and family members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree preferred (or 2 years relevant experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
