About the Role:
As an Entry-Level Federal Clerk, you will be the face of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and assisting the public with their needs. This is a customer-facing role that requires a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry into federal databases.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and visitors to the appropriate departments.
