Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate personnel in a professional manner.
- Assist senior staff with administrative tasks, document management, and record-keeping.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accuracy of records.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Support the office with special projects and other ad-hoc administrative needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40 words per minute preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
