Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic filing systems for departmental records.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including mail, email, and phone inquiries, with a focus on customer service.
- Assist senior staff in preparing and organizing administrative documents, reports, and briefings.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages to the correct divisions.
- Update and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior federal experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel).
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
