Responsibilities
- Perform essential clerical duties including high-volume data entry, filing, and document management with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Answer incoming phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments or staff members professionally.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of internal correspondence, reports, and official correspondence.
- Maintain and update both electronic and physical records in strict accordance with federal privacy regulations.
- Screen, sort, and route incoming mail, packages, and electronic communications efficiently.
- Support senior staff with special projects, research tasks, and administrative logistics as required.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for U.S. Citizenship (required for federal employment).
- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background investigation and obtain a favorable adjudication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
