Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
- Assist in the intake and processing of public inquiries and applications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with federal regulations.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming to visitors.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and drug screening.
