Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records.
- Process incoming mail, distribute correspondence, and prepare outgoing packages.
- Greet visitors, answer multi-line telephones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the organization and filing of physical and electronic documents.
- Prepare routine reports and assist staff with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for citizenship.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
