Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume incoming calls and emails to provide accurate information regarding VA benefits and services.
- Assist customers with the intake process and document inquiries accurately in the federal database.
- Direct visitors to appropriate departments and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain organized filing systems for case files.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Participate in mandatory federal training programs and compliance workshops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Strong desire to learn and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
