Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties including filing, data entry, and answering multi-line phones.
- Assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and organized office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support management and team members with special projects and research tasks.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Prepare and update internal documents, memos, and reports as required.
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
