- Process and review incoming pension requests and inquiries from federal employees.
- Update and maintain accurate employee pension records in our secure database systems.
- Prepare and mail monthly pension statements and benefit letters to recipients.
- Communicate complex pension regulations and eligibility requirements to beneficiaries in a clear, professional manner.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure compliance with federal pension laws.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
