Responsibilities
- Support veteran benefit program administration and documentation processing
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners on veteran outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate case records and databases in compliance with federal regulations
- Assist with public inquiries and provide information on veteran services
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and project support activities
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence for program leadership
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
