Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage high-volume correspondence, prepare official documents, and maintain meticulous records for federal stakeholders.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary interface for internal and external partners, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Data Management: Input and verify sensitive federal data into secure databases, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize high-level briefings and working groups, preparing briefing materials and agendas.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is a strong plus.
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and electronic filing systems.
