Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and document management for city records.
- Assist visitors and stakeholders with inquiries regarding government services.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support senior staff with scheduling and administrative logistics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
