Responsibilities
- Receive and direct incoming phone calls and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and hard-copy filing systems.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute routine correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist department managers with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
- Process and verify documents for compliance with government regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel and financial information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
