Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of 2:2 degree or equivalent professional qualification (GCSEs in Maths and English are desirable).
- Experience: No prior government experience required; however, experience in customer service or administration is a plus.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information simply.
- IT Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
