Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to IT service tickets in a timely manner.
- Conduct basic cybersecurity awareness training and help maintain data integrity standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions across various government agencies.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- United States Citizenship is required for this position.
