Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for federal hardware and software systems.
- Maintain and organize critical federal records and data repositories with strict adherence to compliance standards.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and network peripherals.
- Conduct routine system audits and security checks to ensure data integrity and federal security protocols.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with senior federal staff to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Answer inquiries from agency personnel regarding IT systems and service availability.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for federal positions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered for entry-level candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and networking concepts.
