Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for federal employees.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices, operating systems, and software updates.
- Maintain accurate records of help desk tickets and incidents in our tracking system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical problems and document solutions.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security and software usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance (or willing to undergo training).
