Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming correspondence, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Record Management: Organize, file, and maintain accurate physical and digital records in compliance with state regulations.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed using state-approved software.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and prepare routine reports, memos, and correspondence for management review.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, set up meeting rooms, and prepare meeting materials for internal stakeholders.
- Inventory Control: Assist with the tracking and ordering of office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous office or clerical experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with no experience who demonstrate strong potential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
