Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel professionally.
- Answer and screen phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in managing office supply inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and department reports.

Qualifications
