Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of policy research or government experience preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research databases
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Colorado state government structure preferred
- Valid U.S. driver's license may be required for travel
