Responsibilities
- Process and maintain personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in recruitment activities including screening applications and scheduling interviews
- Provide excellent customer service to state employees and applicants
- Prepare administrative documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support departmental initiatives through data collection and analysis
- Adhere to state policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Qualifications
