Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors and high-volume telephone callers with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Answer inquiries regarding departmental policies, procedures, and program eligibility.
- Process, review, and verify applications and forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate, organized filing systems using both digital databases and physical records.
- Perform routine data entry tasks and generate reports as requested by supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and customer service standards.
- Assist with special projects and internal administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
