Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming federal communications and inquiries via secure channels during the night shift.
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification to ensure 100% accuracy in federal records.
- Enforce strict security protocols and facility access controls to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of basic administrative and technical hardware issues.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to update status reports and ensure workflow continuity.

Qualifications
