Responsibilities
- Process and review initial pension applications and benefit claims for state retirees.

- Assist retirees and beneficiaries by answering questions regarding eligibility, calculations, and status updates.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or Public Administration is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and pension software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of sensitive data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with the public.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
