- Assist in preparing compliance reports for VA leadership
- Manage office inventory and supply procurement
- Support veteran outreach initiatives across Arizona
- Conduct quality assurance on benefit applications
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain federal background clearance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of veteran services preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
