Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record management
- Assist veterans and their families with inquiries and documentation processing
- Manage electronic filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics
- Utilize federal systems (e.g., VISTA, VA FileMan) for data entry and retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to federal regulations, privacy policies, and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
