Responsibilities
- Perform General Office Duties: Answer multi-line phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Data Entry & Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for federal documents and ensure data integrity.
- Correspondence Support: Draft, proofread, and send emails, memos, and official correspondence on behalf of management.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and manage the executive calendar efficiently.
- Compliance Assistance: Assist in preparing reports and ensuring all administrative processes adhere to federal guidelines and security protocols.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to keep the workspace fully operational.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate’s degree or higher is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior federal or professional experience is required. We are looking for eager learners with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer navigation.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid Permanent Resident Card (Green Card).
