Responsibilities

  • Office Operations Management: Oversee daily administrative functions, including filing, record-keeping, and supply management to ensure office efficiency.
  • Correspondence & Communications: Draft, proofread, and distribute official correspondence, emails, and memos; screen and route incoming calls and visitors professionally.
  • Scheduling & Travel: Manage complex calendars for senior officials, arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, and process travel vouchers in compliance with federal regulations.
  • Information Management: Maintain accurate databases and electronic filing systems; ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive government records in accordance with privacy laws.

Qualifications
