Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing federal correspondence with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule complex calendars for executive federal staff.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for sensitive government records.
- Process travel requests, expense reports, and procurement orders.
- Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new federal employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency protocols.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a favorable background investigation (Secret/Top Secret clearance preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within a government or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular schedule.
- High level of attention to detail and time management.
