Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to department staff including scheduling and correspondence

- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using standard office software
- File and organize documents according to federal protocols
- Support veteran outreach events and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
