Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate records using federal databases and document management systems
- Provide administrative support to department teams including scheduling, correspondence, and filing
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic financial document preparation
- Respond to inquiries from veterans, stakeholders, and internal staff with professionalism
- Support office operations through inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all federal regulations, security protocols, and privacy standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; college coursework preferred
- U.S. citizenship required; security clearance process initiated upon hire
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
