Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the administrative office, including document management systems, filing, and records retention.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and conference calls for senior officials.
- Prepare, review, and proofread correspondence, reports, and briefings for accuracy and compliance.
- Process personnel actions, timecards, and payroll documentation in accordance with federal HR guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive administrative experience in a government or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with federal HR systems (e.g., eOPF, USAJOBS).
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance standards, and privacy laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
