Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and procurement processes
- Analyze administrative data to prepare reports and support decision-making for leadership
- Provide frontline customer service to veterans, families, and internal stakeholders
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows using federal systems (e.g., VISTA, EHR)
- Support special projects including event coordination and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal records management and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal position mandate)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience with records management and data confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focus
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience with federal systems or healthcare administration
- Preferred: Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
